Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or legal action.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Flare B2B owns all rights to the platform, branding, and content.
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission.
  • Any content you submit (such as Smart Links) remains your property, but you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it.

7. Third-Party Services

Flare B2B uses Supabase, Clerk, Vercel, Next.js, and React for development. These services have their own terms and privacy policies, which you must comply with when using our platform.

8. Disclaimers & Liability

  • Flare B2B is provided "as is" without guarantees of uptime or accuracy.
  • We are not liable for any data loss, security breaches, or third-party actions.
  • You use Flare B2B at your own risk.

9. Termination

  • Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities
