1. Subscription Refunds

Free Plan

No charges apply to our free plan, so refunds are not necessary. You can cancel anytime.

Paid Plans (Pro & Enterprise)

Monthly Subscription Refund Policy

  • Full Refund (Within 5 Days): If you request a refund within 5 days of purchase due to valid reasons (technical issues, or billing errors), you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Partial Refund (6-14 Days): Refunds will be prorated based on the remaining days in your billing cycle.
  • No Refund (After 14 Days): Refunds are not available after 14 days, but you may cancel to prevent future charges.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Technical Issues: If unresolved technical problems prevent you from using the service.
  • Billing Errors: If you were incorrectly charged due to a system error.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of Mind: Refunds will not be issued simply because you decided to stop using the service.
  • Violation of Terms: Accounts suspended due to Terms of Service breaches are not eligible.
  • Third-Party Payments: If subscribed via a third-party platform (e.g., App Store, Google Play), their refund policies apply.
  • Accidental Purchases: Since Flare offers a single subscription plan, refunds will not be provided for accidental purchases. Please confirm your decision before subscribing.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Email support@flareb2b.com with your account email and transaction details.
  2. Provide a brief explanation of your refund request.
  3. We will surely review it and respond within 2-3 business days.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in account suspension and ineligibility for future refunds. Please reach out to our support team before disputing charges.
